1. Heat outputs are based on a flow temperature of not less than 66ºC and adequate water flow rate to supply the heat demand.

2. Heat output for increased screed depths or other floor coverings may be calculated using BS EN 1264, in which case a mean water temperature of 45ºC should be assumed. Floor coverings with a thermal resistance over 0.15m2 /kW (TOG 1.5) are beyond the scope of this Standard, and must be avoided.

3. TOG ratings of floor coverings should comply with BS 4756.

4. The column headed 'Thermal resistance' is for general reference only.
